 Preparation of monthly Interim Payment Application

 Evaluation and recommendation of sub-contractors payments

 Preparation, negotiating and follow-up variation claims

 Preparation of cost comparison of sub-contractor/Supplier quotations

 Review, negotiate & settle subcontractors' subcontract variation claims

 Assisting on Cost controls and value engineering

 Organizing site activities and work scheduling.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Quantity-take off from the drawings & preparing tender queries.

 Preparation of Tender Documents, Bill of Quantity

 Requesting Quotation from Sub Contractors and Suppliers in Tender Stage and preparation of Sub contract document.

 Floating enquiries to the suppliers to receive quotations

 Regular Visit to site and monitor progress

 Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies

 Allocating work to subcontractors

 Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor in the submission of monthly interim valuations

 Coordinate with project Engineers and prepare monthly Progress report
