Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to apply for the Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support position.
I have a degree in Information Technology and I have hands on experience regarding computer Hardware/ software troubleshoot and maintenance. In addition to my education, I have experience working in Authorized Repair Center for Dell (Computer Arabia). I have the skills to help deal with all customers in a friendly and professional manner, even when they are upset or angry due to the problems they are having.
My training consists of troubleshooting technical problems with computer systems, equipment, software and mobile devices. I have experience installing software/hardware, setting up networks and utilizing remote control. I have the ability to provide support for clients in person or by using email, phone and live chat. I can work efficiently in a group setting or alone and I have the skills and ability to complete all projects by the deadline.
My resume includes a more detailed look at my education and work history along with a reference from my former employee that will attest to my honesty and dependability. I am positive that I have the skills and training to qualify as the best person for this job.
