- Simultaneous Management of a range of shoots. Planning and scheduling, running critical paths to ensure a strong production process of producing final content.
- Creation of mood boards/ storyboards from initial brief, working closely with the Editorial Team and Design.
- Fostering positive working relationships with all agencies across the UK and Europe, booking freelance crew and talent, negotiating usage rights and commissioning agreements for all seasonal campaigns.

- Booking all travel and accommodation in UK and Europe.
- Managing the production process from the initial concept to final delivery of all campaigns.
- Raising all POs for invoices, approving and rejecting. Raising new supplier forms and ensuring T&Cs are adhered to.
