Main achievements
- Set a strategic process to build a high quality pipeline of new business opportunities
- Prepare an integrated set of Facility Management Tender Documents
- Develop the Policies & Procedures, and build the team for the new FM projects
- Survey the Design and Installation processes for all construction activities, and coordinate it in between the Consultants, Contractors and Client representatives.
- Manage and help the Service Providers to meet their FM contractual obligations
- Achieve a proper handover from main contractors and follow to clear the identified snags
- Contribute and win several bids leading to new Facility Management Projects
- Streamline the recruitment and mobilization processes for the new Projects
