 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Handled major sized workshop comprising all machining and fabrication facilities for the fabrication of Static equipment, Steel Structures, and Piping. And Pipe Support Main duties were the Deployment of appropriate technicians for the jobs.
• Preparation of job cards for welders, fitters, fabricators and machinists as per the job priority.
• Preparation of shop drawings and explaining the same to technicians.
• Coordinate with stores, purchase, and QC personnel for timely execution of the jobs.

Plant Projecting Fabrication & Erection

Supervise, manage and support subcontractors to proceed with construction effectively in accordance with project specifications under safe conditions.

• To prepare material list according to drawings and follow up with client and material controller for balance materials.
• Tie-in planning, preparation, and execution. 
• Receiving Proper Work Permit for Job Execution
• Interconnection piping fabrication and installation (Hydraulic line etc.)
•  Coordination with PMT, and project client regarding critical issues at the work site.
• Join mechanical and construction completion walk-through with client and punch closing.
•  Ensure the project permit system is followed completely and all safety requirements are compiled at the work site.
• Arranging the tools and consumable material.
• Pressure test package control and work execution (pneumatic/hydro).
• To identify the spool with weld no’s, and spool no’s as per drawings.
• To arrange the fabrication according to materials group (CS, SS, Duplex, Alloy Steel)
• Piping erection as per approved drawings plans & P& I diagram.
• To monitor the fabrication, and erection activities and meet the schedule.
• To control welding as per approved welding procedures & quality control inspection plan.
