I have 22 years of experience in complete HR gamut, which includes Automobile, Textile & Energy business since its inception in Adani group at India. It covers Talent Acquisition & Management, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, HR policies and procedures, Training & Development, Performance management System, Statutory Compliance, etc.

• Provided reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, including the application of Employment Law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development.
