Operate EOT cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, position, and transport heavy loads.
Perform pre-operation inspection of the crane, hoist, wire ropes, hooks, brakes, limit switches, and safety devices.
Ensure lifting operations are carried out according to approved safety procedures and lifting plans.
Check load weight and confirm it is within the crane's safe working load (SWL) capacity.
Follow hand signals and radio communication properly during crane operations.
Inspect lifting tools and accessories such as slings, shackles, hooks, and chains before use.
Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the working area is free from hazards.
Report any crane malfunction, abnormal noise, or safety issue immediately to maintenance or supervisors.
Comply with company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and oil & gas safety standards.
Stop operations immediately in unsafe conditions or during equipment failure.
Maintain daily crane operations checklists and logbooks.
Assist during loading/unloading of pipes, valves, steel structures, motors, and heavy equipment.
Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
Wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.

Assist operators, technicians, and supervisors in routine work activities.
Help in loading, unloading, shifting, and arranging materials, tools, and equipment.
Support crane operators, welders, mechanics, and maintenance teams during operations.
Perform general housekeeping and keep the work area clean and safe.
Carry tools, spare parts, and materials to required work locations.
Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff properly.
Help in barricading and preparing work areas before maintenance or lifting activities.
Wear proper PPE (helmet, safety shoes, gloves, goggles, reflective vest, etc.) at all times.
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or damaged equipment to supervisors immediately.
Follow company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules and procedures.
Assist in cleaning oil spills, debris, and waste materials as instructed.
Maintain discipline and safety standards at the workplace.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication designs.
Measure, cut, drill, shape, and assemble aluminium sections and components accurately.

Operate fabrication tools and machines such as cutting machines, grinders, drills, and welding equipment.
