• Operate EOT cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, position, and transport heavy loads.
• Perform pre-operation inspection of the crane, hoist, wire ropes, hooks, brakes, limit switches, and safety devices.
• Ensure lifting operations are carried out according to approved safety procedures and lifting plans.
• Check load weight and confirm it is within the crane's safe working load (SWL) capacity.
• Follow hand signals and radio communication properly during crane operations.
• Inspect lifting tools and accessories such as slings, shackles, hooks, and chains before use.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the working area is free from hazards.
• Report any crane malfunction, abnormal noise, or safety issue immediately to maintenance or supervisors.

• Maintain daily crane operations checklists and logbooks.
• Assist during loading/unloading of pipes, valves, steel structures, motors, and heavy equipment.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
• Wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
