Laundry Management specialist with 19 years of extensive hands-on and managerial in large scale industrial laundries, experience in all areas of Laundry Management including Operations Management, Production, Performance Management, Business Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Training & Development, Sales, Customer Service, Health and Safety.
I have managed laundries with 80 tons daily capacity and 24 hours daily operations and provided laundry services around-the-clock, Linen, Uniform, F&B for more than 50 brands of 4- & 5-stars hotels over Dubai and Qatar such, Mandarin Oriental, Mondrian, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab, The Address, Ritz Carlton, Westin, Marriott, Hilton, Four points by Sheraton ,Ramada, Accor Group, Bab Al shams, Jumeirah Living, Kempinski , Rotana and Centro, Burj Al Arab, Movenpick, Fairmont, and many more.
I have Strong background in opening new laundries and massive experience of Laundry washing machines and Tunnel washers, textile fabrics selection and washing chemicals and latest laundry technologies.
I have done several pre-opening set ups, Laundries, planning, and executing trainings and conceptual, material, operational planning along with department management and Environment and safety training to all team members and developing laundry professionals for the next position.
I have trained a team of 400 members to have a passion for their job to significantly contribute towards the company's revenue, guest satisfaction and employee satisfaction targets and quality.
My strengths have been to successfully execute laundry operations on time and within the budget.
Able to increase the sales revenue and keep the operating costs as low as possible while still maintaining high quality product.
