Preparation of job description based on RRF(Requirement requisition form) received from CRM(Client relationship manager) ▪ Posting of job into different platform: indeed, Qatar living, Naukuri, LinkedIn etc. ▪ Updating the Interview sheet with the details of the candidates lined up for interview ▪ Updating Submission sheet on real time basis with the developments happening on the Interview Front ▪ Interview sheet updating on real time basis with the developments happening with the candidate or client input ▪ Screening candidate’ s resume and shortlisting them for telephonic interview ▪ Sharing of resume and the documents of candidate to CRM for review ▪ Updating the Submission Trackers on real time basis ▪ Sending email to CRM regarding list of On-boarding for the day& list of Interviews for the day ▪ Onboarding coordination and follow up of candidate’s Queries
