A highly motivated Health and Safety Officer with overall knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety as well as demonstrate a good grasp of general areas such as report writing, hardworking, technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication. Can coordinate with a cordial association with colleagues, superiors and subordinates as well
Provide leadership to ensure ZERO incidents at factories.
Prepare appropriate OHS roadmap/ action plans to drive safety
Culture at Factories.
Set and monitor health and safety key performance indicators (KPI)
Liaise with factory teams to conduct risk assessment (HIRAC) and enforce preventative measures.
Sustain ISO 45000:2018 management requirement.
Comply with all legal requirements for occupation health and safety system in Sri Lanka.
Initiate, organize and conduct OHS training for Executives/ Non executives’ employees.
Ensure OHS compliance through regular observation/ Inspection onpremises and the work of personnel to identify non- conformities.
Maintain all safety –related data in the group and Admin OHS web tool.
Coordinate with respective teams to record and investigate incidents to determine causes.
