Commissioning the fire detection systemand VSDA systems.
Fire command center operation and 24/7 monitoring of Fire alarm, Fire sprinkler, and Fire suppression systems with team members.
Following NFPA standards, servicing and maintenance of the fire detection system,VESDA system, Emergency lighting system and public address system by the agreed service and maintenance contract.
Making schedules and performing preventive maintenance on all fire alarm systems to ensure optical performance. Providing regular reports to clients after completion of PPM and ITM activities
Regularly testing the systems to confirm readinessfor emergency operations.

Report promptly to fire alarmactivations and take the correctactions.
Quickly identify and repair faults to preventsystem downtime. Replacedefective devices and perform necessary upgrades.
Document activities, prepareaccurate technical reportsand OMM for system performance and observations.
Coordination with the BMS team to ensure the fire alarm system integrates seamlessly with other electrical and mechanical technical support in joint projects.
Ensuring that all Fire alarm systems performaccording to the local standards and NFPA standards.
