I am currently working as an MEP Engineer with Control Contracting & Trading Co. Pvt W.L.L. I am responsible for ensuring that the Inspection department approves fittings, ducts, water pipes, and other accessories before installation begins.
Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment and performing troubleshooting on all HVAC equipment. I evaluate all approval systems for new and revised maintenance jobs and monitor all work instructions and deliverables for projects to maintain optimal qualities within the required timeframe and coordinate with stakeholders to analyze all project requirements. I also carry out maintenance on HVAC systems and prepare, apply, and get approval for the HVAC shop drawings, work method statement, MEP-coordination drawing, and project specification from the head engineer.
Moreover, I monitor site activities and ensure that all rules and regulations are followed while making reports on daily progress made at work and ensuring it reaches the superiors. I ensure the safe construction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance according to the safety policy manual set by the company.
