I am a costumer service agent. I enjoy helping people and make them satisfied. After i had experience in aircraft industry as a quality inspector i discovered a filed that i became devoted to, which is customer service, i had a previous experience in helping costumers of a delivery company to recieve there goods in time and in perfect condition.

I'm looking forward to getting a job in costumer service field.
