Navigate Your Dashboard

The BeBee dashboard is your central hub for everything on the platform. From here you can search for jobs, manage conversations, track applications, offer services, and publish blog posts.

Dashboard Sections

Jobs

Browse job listings filtered by your selected country. Use the search bar and filters to narrow results by skill, location, job type, or salary range. Save interesting listings to review later.

Messages

All your conversations live here. When you apply for a job or receive a proposal, the messaging thread appears in this section. Unread messages are highlighted so you never miss an important reply.

Applications

Track every job you have applied to in one place. Each application shows its current status -- whether it has been viewed, is under review, or has received a response. Click any application to see the full details and continue the conversation.

Services

If you offer freelance services, this section shows your active service listings, incoming requests, and proposals you have submitted. You can create new service offerings, set pricing, and manage client relationships from here.

Blog

BeBee includes a built-in blogging platform. Write articles to showcase your expertise, share industry insights, or build your personal brand. Published posts appear on your public profile and are discoverable through search.

Navigation Tips

• Desktop: The main navigation bar runs along the top of the screen. Each section is one click away.
• Mobile: Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the navigation drawer. The mobile interface supports swipe gestures and the browser back button for a native-app feel.
• Notifications: The bell icon in the header shows real-time alerts for new messages, application updates, and service requests. Enable push notifications in your browser for instant updates even when BeBee is not open.

Quick Actions

From the dashboard you can quickly perform common tasks:

• Apply to a job -- Click any job card, review the details, and hit Apply.
• Send a message -- Open the Messages section and start a new conversation.
• Post a blog article -- Go to Blog, click New Post, and start writing.
