Cloud Engineer

Main responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the cloud platform, ensuring its smooth operation.
• Monitor the usage of cloud resources, identify and resolve basic faults and performance issues.
• Implement security policies for the cloud environment and assist in ensuring data and system security.
• Provide user support to solve common problems encountered by users during use.
• Assist in writing and updating cloud operation and maintenance documents to ensure their accuracy.
• Cooperate with senior engineers and other IT teams to configure and integrate the cloud platform.

Job Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields (equivalent overseas qualifications).

Work Experience

• More than 3 years of experience in cloud platform operation and maintenance, familiar with mainstream cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Certification Requirements

• Prior certifications in AWS or Azure cloud-related fields are preferred.

Skills Requirements

• Familiar with the basic architecture design and operation management of cloud platforms and containerization.
• Master basic cloud resource monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Possess good security policy implementation capabilities to assist in ensuring the security of the cloud environment.
• Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively collaborate with other team members.
• Have the ability to write documents, and be able to assist in writing and maintaining cloud operation documentation.
