Full Stack Developer (.NET / React)

XFINIT is recruiting a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to help build financial products for small businesses. You’ll work in a small engineering team, developing backend services and web interfaces in a regulated environment.

What you’ll do

• Develop features using .NET and React across onboarding, KYC, account servicing, payments, cards and credit
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with external systems
• Write automated tests and help improve application reliability and monitoring
• Investigate issues and contribute to practical, maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, product, risk and operations colleagues

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, with solid C#/.NET skills
• 2+ years building production web applications, with experience in JavaScript frameworks, component design, state management and responsive interfaces
• Experience with SQL-based relational databases and REST APIs
• Understanding of third-party integrations, including retries, error handling, idempotency and reconciliation
• Experience with automated testing, Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and containers
• A collaborative approach, attention to quality and the ability to flag risks or ask for support when needed
• Good English would be an advantage

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking or payments
• Familiarity with open banking, card processing or financial reconciliation
• Exposure to security requirements, audit trails, DORA or GDPR
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Ability to use AI development tools effectively and review their output carefully
• Willingness to make small changes to mobile applications when needed
