About the roleWe are currently looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (C# / .NET) who will help us build and scale the FintechOS platform.
You will focus on building robust backend services and ensuring our distributed architecture remains high-performing and reliable.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services using .NET.
Build and scale distributed microservice architectures.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous performance analysis and optimization.
Collaborate on the full lifecycle:
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and security audits to maintain our high standards for robustness.
Experience and qualities we are looking for:5+ years of experience in a similar software engineering position.
Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, and building distributed systems.
CI/CD & Automation:
Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows (build, test, deploy, automate).
Performance & Debugging:
Proven experience with performance profiling, debugging, and optimization.
Familiarity with Azure / cloud environments and deployment concepts.
Good understanding of NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, experience with TDD, and a solid understanding of design patterns.
We are still excited to meet you if:
You have 3+ years of experience in C# or Java (and are willing to switch to C#).
Your HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills are still developing, but you are eager to learn.
You have a solid theoretical foundation in programming and simply love to code.
Knowledge of AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Java is a plus.
Experience with WebAssembly, Native Mobile SDKs (iOS/Android), or Cordova Plugins.
Experience working with JIRA and GIT/TFS.
