As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance, scalable applications that power mission-critical solutions for our global clients.
You will collaborate in an agile, cross-functional environment, influence engineering best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software products and development processes.
Your Role & Responsibilities Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and test new product features and enhancements.
Write maintainable, scalable, and high-quality code adhering to Agile methodologies and best practices.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to promote a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Drive continuous improvement in code quality, customer experience, and product maintainability.
Independently clarify technical requirements, estimate development efforts, and apply a broad range of design approaches.
Ensure robust testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, for all deliverables.
Design and implement microservices and serverless architectures.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate software delivery.
Champion backend security best practices and ensure solutions comply with industry standards such as OWASP.
Engage in cross-platform development and support projects involving modern UI frameworks and mobile/desktop applications.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in software development, with a strong track record in full stack engineering.
Proficiency in Java using Play3 Framework and/or Spring Boot.
Strong command of build tools such as SBT, Maven, and Gradle.
Expertise in working with MongoDB and relational databases.
Solid experience with bus messaging systems, particularly AWS SQS; familiarity with RabbitMQ and Kafka is a plus.
Deep understanding of JUnit for unit testing.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, Docker containers, Selenium, and Sonar for code quality analysis.
Advanced knowledge of backend security principles and best practices, including OWASP guidelines.
Proficiency in frontend development using Angular 13+ with TypeScript, React + Redux + MUI + TypeScript, and React Native.
Experience working with Electron for desktop applications, Axios for API integration, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Karma, and Jasmine.
Fluency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. What do we offer?
