• Collaborates effectively with the onshore team within an Agile environment
• Develops assigned user stories in alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Ensures high‑quality deliverables throughout all development stages
• Provides clear and timely progress updates to the team lead
• Maintains commitments to avoid delays caused by cross‑team dependencies
• *Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Supports and develops applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular and Microservices
• Designs, develops, tests, implements and maintains software solutions in a fast‑paced environment
• Works independently on complex transformation initiatives and technical challenges
• Strong expertise in Java Backend (Spring Boot), Angular, Microservices, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Additional knowledge of UML, DevOps practices, IntelliJ, GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Cloud Object Storage
• Demonstrates teamwork, strong communication skills, attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
• Able to understand, support and drive change with basic project management capabilities
