This role is hybrid, with on-site presence required in Bucharest (3 days per week).

🚀Then what?

You will join our banking client's team as a Fullstack Developer (Java & Angular), working within the IT Transversal Team that mainly supports multiple systems for the HR Corporate Team. The position focuses on supporting multiple strategic transformations of both in-house and vendor systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, modify, test, adapt, implement, and provide post-implementation support for short- and long-term software solutions addressing business and technology needs.
• Review system requirements and business processes, code, test, debug, and implement software solutions.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment on highly complex issues.
• Work closely with the onshore team and operate in an Agile environment.
• Develop assigned user stories.
• Ensure a high level of quality in developments.
• Maintain clear reporting of progress to the team lead.
• Commit effectively to avoid delays in the global schedule due to dependencies.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular
• Experience with Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Knowledge of UML, DevOps practices, IntelliJ, GitLab (CI/CD pipelines), and Cloud Object Storage
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, with strong oral & written communication skills
