All of that runs on content, a lot of it, across a lot of products. That's the system you'd own.
What you'd actually do
- Own the internal CMS end to end, the platform that feeds content into every product we run
- Build across the full stack: Django and FastAPI on the backend, React on the front
- Design clean APIs and data models that keep content flowing across millions of users, not backlog tickets nobody reads
- Partner with the content and product people who actually use what you build, and make them faster
- Use AI as a force multiplier, not a gimmick, especially as it reshapes how content gets made
- Review code like you mean it
- Make calls in your domain and live with them.
What we want
- 2+ years building fullstack web apps
- Python, ideally Django and/or FastAPI, plus solid React, but we're hiring judgment, not a stack match
- Comfortable with Postgres, comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable saying "this is wrong" out loud
- You care about product impact as much as correctness, you want the tools you build to actually get used
- Internal tools / CMS experience, or hands-on with AI video tools like Seedance or Kling, is a plus
