IBM Internship Application Developer

Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer Intern you will be actively involved in

• Development and Testing: The intern will be exposed to the entire development lifecycle, from development and implementation to testing and defect resolution. This requires strong coding skills and the ability to debug and fix issues.
• Collaboration: The intern will work closely with various teams, including engineers, project managers, and QA specialists. This collaboration is essential for sharing progress, solving problems collectively, and maintaining alignment across the team.
• Continuous Learning: The role emphasizes the importance of ongoing learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in engineering. This includes actively participating in training programs, workshops, or other educational opportunities.

The Internship program is for a determined period of 3 months- full time. The candidate can be offered the option of a permanent position in IBM.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Proficient in Java, C, C++, or C# programming languages.

Last year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science or related field

Excellent communication skills in English

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Proficiency in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, CA:GEN, PowerBuilder)
