Java Full Stack Dev

We are currently looking on behalf of our partner for a Java Full-Stack Developer to join a dynamic environment.

You will be part of a high-performing Agile team, working on complex systems that require a strong mix of technical expertise and business understanding.

The role involves contributing to the development of scalable backend solutions supporting critical processes such as data handling, business logic orchestration, and decision-making flows.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable backend functionalities, aligned with business needs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve technical and functional challenges
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following modern development standards
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, debugging, and validation practices
• Maintain clear technical documentation to support system continuity and collaboration
• Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and security
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Provide post-release support, addressing issues and implementing enhancements
• Contribute to the evolution of systems handling complex business workflows and data processing

🛠️ Required Experience

✅ Professional Background

• 7 years of experience in backend development, building complex distributed systems
• Strong experience with Java-based ecosystems, API design, and database integration
• Hands-on exposure to cloud environments (e.g., Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments with iterative delivery
• Proven background in performance optimization, including use of code analysis tools
• Solid experience with testing and debugging practices (unit testing, clean code principles)
• Interest or exposure to AI concepts or applications in business processes is a plus

💻 Technical Skills

• Java & Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and similar frameworks
• Development Tools: Experience with modern IDEs and build tools (e.g., IntelliJ, Maven, Gradle)
• API & Integration: Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs
• Databases: Strong SQL knowledge (e.g., PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Cloud & DevOps: Solid understanding of cloud architectures and DevOps practices
• Modern Platforms: Exposure to Low-Code/No-Code solutions is a plus

• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to propose practical and innovative solutions
• High adaptability and openness to learning new technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in a structured and impactful way
• Professional proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)

🎓 Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
