Java FullStack Engineer

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of features across our Leads and Ad Manager landscape from idea to production. You will work in a cross-functional environment where technical quality, responsibility, and open communication matter just as much as delivery speed. You will work across the stack, with a strong focus on React and Angular, alongside robust Java/Spring Boot services.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack solutions
• Take full ownership of features and services, including: architecture & technical decisions; code quality, testing, and maintainability; monitoring and operational stability
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to turn requirements into working software
• Actively contribute to technical discussions, architectural evolution, and best practices
• Support and improve our microservice-based, distributed environment
• Help shape our CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and security standards
• Challenge existing solutions constructively and propose better ones
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code assistants, productivity tools) to improve efficiency, code quality, and innovation in daily work

What you need to be successful

• Solid experience in Java & Spring Boot
• Strong experience with React, experience with Angular
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native development
• Comfort with testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Experience with using AI-powered development tools as part of the engineering workflow
