🚀 Then what?
Senior Java Microservices Developer with a strong background in Java (minimum 5 years of work experience), building cutting-edge products for our core transactional platform, with the following tasks:
- Develop new state-of-the-art Java microservices and API-based applications for the future UTA core transactional platform.
- Design and improve software solutions in a scalable microservices architecture using cloud (Microsoft Azure) and containerized technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Create technical concepts, designs, and proofs-of-concept for new services.
- Work closely with the Architecture, Infrastructure, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Produce project-related documentation, performance tests, and functional tests.
Required technical skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong knowledge of Java, JUnit, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with version control and build tools: Git, Maven (knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus).
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins/Hudson).
- Familiarity with API description languages (YAML, RAML, etc.).
