Define and maintain the overall technical architecture
Mentor and guide developers on best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Drive the development of first functioning prototypes and ensure scalability for production.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize features based on value/effort ratio.
Break down complex requirements into actionable stories and tasks
Distribute tasks among team members based on skills, experience, and workload.
Document technical solutions and implementation details for the team.
Establish and enforce automated testing strategies (unit, API, integration, functional) within a CI/CD pipeline.
Monitor and improve code quality, performance, and security across the stack.
Promote and implement best practices for maintainability and scalability.
Take responsibility for the technical success and quality of the product.
