Lead Python Developer (AI & DevOps)

Main Responsibilities:

 Design and implement automated processes for updating and indexing information sources.

 Build and maintain dashboards to monitor source indexing, update status, and anomalies across multiple country-specific chatbot instances.

 Define and implement source and bot update workflows, including scheduling, monitoring, and alerting.

 Ensure high response accuracy through automated quality assurance and validation mechanisms.

 Develop quality monitoring dashboards and implement automatic quality control following source updates.

 Implement and optimize an LLM framework focused on:

 high response accuracy,

 low hallucination rate,

 low latency,

 production readiness.

 Design and implement security mechanisms to protect the conversational agent against misuse and fraudulent activities.

 Implement rate limiting and access control mechanisms based on project and IP.

 Deploy, operate, and maintain the platform across Development, Validation, and Production environments.

 Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and automation.

 Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who we’re looking for:

Required Skills

 Strong Python development skills, including:

o asynchronous programming (async/await),

o unit testing,

o clean and maintainable code.

 Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including:

o application deployment,

o CronJobs,

o troubleshooting production workloads.

 Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

 Experience with software engineering best practices:

o clean architecture,

o code reviews,

o testing,

o automation.

 Experience working with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.

 Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and production support practices.

 Experience deploying and operating applications across Development, Testing/Validation, and

Production environments.

Nice to Have

 Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and observability.

 Knowledge of production Kubernetes ecosystems and API platforms (e.g. ChatAPI, Apigee).

 Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or GenAI applications.

 Experience implementing monitoring, quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks for AI-powered applications.

 Familiarity with chatbot architectures and conversational AI platforms.
