STAFR is a Thales Corporate Engineering (TCE) project targeting to cover Workload and Workforce planning, a standard and key feature of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes which in this moment are defined and deployed across several Thales entities. His end users are help in their projects to foreseen how to reduce the costs; how to deliver the projects on time; how to utilize the resources efficiently.
This mission involves participating in development as well as deploying implemented features.
Develop, build, test, deploy and run in production according to the activities planned in sprints
Apply best practices (both development and operational best practices), code quality, security standard and corresponding KPIs
Involved in the technical solution definition and improvements.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Backlog refinement – Validation of user story estimation, DoR & DoD within the scope of action, sprint reviews, etc.)
