We’re expanding our team and looking for 2 Mid-Level Python Developers (3+ years experience) to join us as Odoo ERP Developers.

🔧 Role: Odoo ERP Developer (with AI focus)

📍 Location: Timișoara

🏢 Work setup: On-site (office presence is mandatory)

💡 What you’ll do:

Develop and customize Odoo ERP modules tailored to business needs

Design and implement integrations with external systems and APIs

Contribute to building AI-powered features within ERP systems (automation, smart workflows, data insights)

Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Optimize performance and ensure reliability of ERP platforms

✅ Requirements:

Strong Python experience (minimum 3 years)

Solid understanding of PostgreSQL

Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

Basic knowledge of JavaScript for frontend customization

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

🌟 Nice to have:

Experience with AI/ML integrations or interest in applying AI in business software

Familiarity with

Odoo.sh or deployment pipelines

Understanding of ERP processes (CRM, Accounting, Inventory, etc.)
