Role: Middle Java Developer

The role:

We are looking for a Middle Java Developer for our office in VASS BRASOV, who would join a team of open-minded and personable people.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Java microservices using Spring Boot.
Work on integration projects with SAP CX (Hybris/Commerce Cloud) and related systems.
Ensure system reliability through distributed architectures and messaging solutions (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, architects) on international e-commerce projects.
Contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring scalability and performance.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
Support the adoption of cloud-native practices (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Continuously learn and adapt to SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development.

And you?

3+ years of experience in Java backend development.
Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and REST API design.
Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL).
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Good understanding of software integration patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, international environment.
English proficiency (written & spoken).
