Automate device management, reporting, and configuration tasks using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.

Develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to streamline operations and reduce manual work.

Create and maintain compliance, configuration, and security policies.

Use SQL queries for reporting, auditing, and data integrations with internal systems.

Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance issues, application deployments, and connectivity problems.

Collaborate with security and IT teams to enforce mobility and endpoint security standards. Skills

Must have

3+ years of experience with the required technologies

Strong understanding of APIs and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Graph API.

Basic knowledge of relational databases and ability to write simple SQL queries.

Familiarity with PowerShell or similar scripting languages. Nice to have

Manage and configure mobile devices (iOS, Android) and Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune or other UEM platforms

Understanding of mobile OS platforms, identity, and security (Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access)
