What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Build and support backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Develop and consume GraphQL APIs.
• Design scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Implement best practices for code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Develop and support cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Monitor application health, performance, and reliability using Grafana and observability tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident resolution.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need to be successful

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with: React, JavaScript (ES6+) , TypeScript , Node.js
• Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs.
• Experience building RESTful services and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and clean code practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless architectures on AWS.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
• Experience working on high-traffic, customer-facing platforms.
• Previous experience in publishing, education, or digital content platforms.
