Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Design and build data transformation and ingestion pipelines supporting AI/ML processes.
- Deploy and manage production-grade AI/ML models through APIs, microservices, and scalable applications.
- Build and optimize AI infrastructure across cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, including containerized environments.
- Develop AI/ML solutions for personalization, anomaly detection, intelligent automation, and emerging use cases.
- Work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions meet data governance, regulatory, security, and documentation standards.
- Monitor, test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI/ML models and platforms throughout their lifecycle, working within Agile teams.
Skills
Must have
- AI Engineering: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer.
- Python: Advanced proficiency in Python, including OOP, SOLID principles, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization. Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn or similar libraries.
- Generative AI & AI Agents: Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, MCP, and multi-agent architectures. Experience with ADK, Dialogflow, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Machine Learning: Strong practical knowledge of Machine Learning, including model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Software Engineering: Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, Git, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability. Experience with Java and SQL is a plus.
- Cloud & Data: Good knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure, with hands-on experience across the data lifecycle, including data engineering, data modeling, preprocessing, feature engineering, and data transformation.
- Data Visualization: Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar tools.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
- Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and requirements documentation.
Compensation: The gross monthly salary range for this position is
23,932 – 27,351 RON, depending on experience and qualifications.
