Senior AI Engineer - Python & Agentic AI

We're looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to develop and scale production-ready AI solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Python engineering skills, practical experience with LLMs and multi-agent systems, and a passion for building reliable, high-quality software.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop production-grade AI applications using Python.
• Build and optimise multi-agent workflows and LLM integrations.
• Implement automated testing, evaluation and monitoring.
• Develop scalable backend services and cloud-based solutions.
• Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent hands-on Python skills.
• Proven experience with LLMs and multi-agent AI systems.
• Experience with Claude, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
• Strong understanding of software testing and production reliability.
• Excellent Communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with regulated software environments.
• Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
