We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (Java | Angular | Spring Boot | Azure) to join our Global Warehouse Management transformation program. The ideal candidate has strong experience in full-stack software development, combining expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and REST APIs, with the ability to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of a global platform used across multiple regions. Following the platform go-live, the role will also support complex troubleshooting and application support activities, ensuring platform stability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications across frontend and backend layers.
- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Perform code reviews and promote development best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications, integrations, and databases.
- Support production environments through root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Contribute to application performance optimization, scalability improvements, and platform reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical workshops.
- Mentor less experienced developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple business units and locations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within development and delivery processes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Software Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and web services.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and application architecture.
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to work independently while taking ownership of development deliverables.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work aligned with US business hours from February 2027 onwards.
