You will contribute to the development of a identity verification platform, used by high-volume international clients. You will work across the entire technical stack: backend development in Java, frontend development in ReactJS, continuous integration, and active participation in technical and architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs, contributing to architecture, technical decisions, and CI/CD workflows across development, testing, and deployment using Git, Maven, Docker, and Jenkins/GitLab CI.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, JVM behavior, and reliability, using logs, profiling, and monitoring.
- Deliver clean, secure, testable code and contribute to engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Develop modern, responsive, and maintainable ReactJS applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and reusable components.
- Collaborate with Product, UX/Research, QA, DevOps, and Support to turn requirements into high-quality end-to-end solutions.
- Take full ownership and autonomy over complex features, from technical design to production, leveraging AI-assisted development throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and problem-solving.
Required Profile
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, including strong Java backend expertise, and 3+ years of ReactJS
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Good understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance, security, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Maven, Docker, Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, and Agile/Scrum.
