• *Job Description**

We're looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack (Node + React) Developer to join our growing engineering team in Timișoara, Romania. In this role, you'll take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining robust full-stack applications that power our platform. You'll work with modern technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our product's future. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented approach, analytical mindset, and a commitment to writing clean, efficient code.

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and frontend applications using React, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and database solutions, making informed decisions about technology choices and system design
• Write well-organized, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage, following established coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Optimize application performance through profiling, analysis, and implementation of efficiency improvements
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a systematic, analytical approach
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to our tech stack
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the professional development of the engineering team
• *Qualifications**

\*\Required Skills & Experience:\\*

• 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and React in production environments
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and object-oriented programming principles
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational database design and optimization
• Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
• Experience with testing frameworks and a commitment to test-driven development
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in iterative development cycles
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

\*\Preferred Skills & Experience:\\*

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with GraphQL or other modern API technologies
• Background in performance optimization and scalability challenges
• Exposure to microservices architecture patterns
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating mastery of fullstack development concepts
