We are looking for a
Senior Java Developer
to join our fintech client and contribute to the development and evolution of a large-scale payment platform. You will play a key role in designing and implementing new features, driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, and collaborating within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend features and platform enhancements.
- Take technical ownership of new functionalities, from design through implementation and delivery.
- Contribute to the architecture and continuous technical evolution of the platform.
- Ensure code quality by following development standards, best practices, and clean coding principles.
- Develop and maintain RESTful microservices using modern Java technologies.
- Write automated tests and promote TDD and BDD practices.
- Produce clear technical documentation and actively share knowledge within the team.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues efficiently.
