These job roles are linked directly to free education, and upon completion of our course, you will be equipped to start your role as a JavaScript Engineer with one of our clients. 1.5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role using JavaScript

Able to pass a technical assessment in JavaScript

Commitment to complete a 16-week, part-time course to develop your mid-level skills

British national - Can have dual nationality

Have lived in the UK for the past 10 years The Role In this role you’ll design, develop and improve software that provides business, platform and technology capabilities. You’ll deliver high-quality, scalable and secure solutions using industry-aligned languages and frameworks, while collaborating with product managers, designers and engineers to meet business objectives. You’ll also contribute to code reviews, apply secure coding practices and stay informed on industry trends and innovations.

SKILLS YOU'LL DEVELOP

T-Shaped Skill Set: become the go-to person for your technical specialism in addition to building on your collaborative skills to understand and empathise with other tech roles and stakeholders

Technical Leadership: you'll develop your technical professional skills across mentoring, teamwork, stakeholder communication, and technical decision-making to put you on the pathway to senior individual contributor or technical management roles.

Agility & Automation: taking part in modern software development process, you'll further develop your Agile, DevOps and automation skills, deploying to the cloud.
