Software Engineer - Native Android Developer (Europe)

We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

The job is in Bucharest, Romania and the company will fully sponsor you.

The ideal candidate:

• Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science (Business) or equivalent training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing native applications for the Android platform using Android Studio
• Very good knowledge of Kotlin programming language
• Experience with client-server technologies (REST/JSON)
• Good knowledge of standards and protocols such as HTTP(S), OAuth 2.0
• Experience with TDD (Unit Test/UI Testing), Continuous Integration and Agile development methods (Scrum)
• Service-oriented attitude, quick understanding of complex processes, assertiveness and flexibility
