I started working in 2004 as a casino dealer, and within 3 years I was promoted to head of the table. Two years Later I was promoted as a Pitt Boss (boss of head of the table). I am a very ambitious, sociable, communicative, responsible person.

I'm willing to work extended hours, I love to work in team, sience I possess a well developed sense of humor and the capacity to lead, comunicate and level with the staff. The companies that I've worked with, register a minimum of 20 percent increase of profits per year, that in Casino business is a considerable amount. Organizing a minimum of 90 employees that I have to ensure that each of them perform at the tables with a high level of performance and accuracy, while respecting all casino procedures as well as legal policies, and the interactions with the customers is conducted in a friendly and professional manner.

• supervises, motivates and coaches company personel, monitoring staff level to ensure that games and tables are adequately staffed for each shift, arranging staff rotation and breaks, locating substitute employees as necessary.
• circulating among gaming tables to ensure that operations are conducted properly, that dealers follow company procedures and that players and/or dealers are not involved in dishonest activity.
• resolves player complaints cordially regarding problems or disputes that may arise from gamming tables.
• prepares statistic on monitoring tables activity, as well as daily, monthly and any other reports required by the company's management.
