• Design, write, update and execute test cases for web applications and e-learning courses.
• Perform manual functional testing (compliance with requirements and expected behavior), regression testing (existing functionality still works after changes and new implementations) and UAT.
• Identify, document and track defects in Jira or by email; retest fixed bugs and verify that the solutions are implemented correctly.
• Analyze requirements received by email or in Jira, clarify them with the team and report test results and identified issues to the developers.
• Take part in the testing stage of the software development lifecycle, in a team with Agile practices: short delivery deadlines, daily meetings where I communicate the status of testing, and product demos.

Current project: educational web portal for schools

• Wrote test cases from the use cases and from the interface of the portal, drafting them with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and manually verifying each one against the requirements of the use cases and of the portal.
• Tested in the UAT environment: the web application on all browsers and the mobile application on iOS.
• Wrote the User Manual, which explains to users how to use the application.
• Wrote the Functional Documentation, which describes the functionalities of the application, its flows and expected behavior.

Earlier project: e-learning course development and localization

• Developed and localized courses in Articulate Storyline, using basic HTML and CSS where needed.
• Tested the courses directly in Storyline, fixed the bugs found and built the course packages for upload to the virtual learning environment.
