-Transaction Processing
-HR Administration with Spanish language
-Using SAP HCM; SAP S/4 HANA; SAP SuccessFactors; Workday and
-Experience in Pre-Payroll and Payroll processes
-Processing transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools
-Time Management processes
-Resolving Human Resources activities, managing every aspect of the employee life cycle, starting from hire process to assisting with payroll management, preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits calculations
-Lead and oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires
-Owner of benefits processes and Columbia and Spain Market
-Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health and life insurance, tickets restaurant administration, study aid, medical insurance plan and other perks
-Ensure uninterrupted HR operations for all the processes (LOA, termination, job data change…)
-Handle HR tasks, inquiries, and issues promptly and effectively as needed -Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive SOPs for HR processes, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, time and attendance, job data change and exit
-Creating matrices, templates, guidelines, to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes
-Coordinate and provide data and information to payroll for monthly closing and for other payroll related processes;
-Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
-Being the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, benefits changes, etc
-Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance HR service delivery
-Solving situations related to policies and third party providers or client queries with the help of specific HR procedures -Process trainer for new joiners.
-Stakeholder management (Client calls and collaboration with different teams) -ServiceNow management. SLA and KPI management.
-First point of contact for the client
-Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and support to ensure fair and consistent resolution
-Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools -Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving problems
-Generate reports from SAP HCM and updating them in order to provide them to the client
