- Budget planning for maintenance department and follow up by quantifying monthly maintenance expenses, find solutions to reduce costs of consumable materials and spare parts.
- Reactive maintenance support for production running in three shifts with on call / onsite support thru maintenance engineers.
- Selection and development of maintenance technicians & engineers for actual types of equipment`s
- Follow up if safety rules are respected, create maintenance procedure for dismounting and mounting big components on equipment's respecting safety regulation for industrial equipment's.
- Find solutions for equipment`s improvement, propose, RFQ and plan activities to increase production efficiency.
- Find solutions to develop actual compressor room to fit with the growing of the plant air consumption requirement`s.
- Propose solutions for improving actual climatization in line with increased amount of equipment's.
