Responsibilities

• analysis of customer parts documentation (2D, 3D, BOM, or other necessary documents) to establish the manufacturing process corresponding to the execution requirements, equipment capacity and economic costs;
• 3D design of devices;
• 2D drawings for the execution of individual elements or assembly and positioning drawings;
• list of materials with the components that require manufacturing and those purchased from the trade;
• assistance with the assembly and operation of the device;
• making the unfolded model of the processed parts (unfolded aluminum extrusions or sheets);
• defining the raw materials for the processed parts.
• programming and operating the 3D printer - IEMAI MAGIC-HT-PRO in the Ultimaker Cura software.
