I have over 15 years of experience in finance, holding positions ranging from Economist and Financial Manager to Senior Expert Controlling and Deputy Finance Manager at OMV Petrom SA. During this time, I have coordinated complex budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, managed month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, as well as the consolidation of financial results at the company level. I have also been involved in strategic projects such as the Cost Drivers Project, where I contributed to cost optimization and increased operational efficiency.

In addition to strong technical skills, I have experience using the SAP system for financial reporting and analysis, as well as coordinating and mentoring teams. I have facilitated annual budgeting (MTP) meetings, ensuring alignment between revenue objectives and expense control, and have implemented improvements in financial processes to increase their accuracy and efficiency.
