Operating in the food and beverage sector is a challenge and I always look forward to it. Through my career, I reduced costs of over 10.000 K Euros, while keeping the employee's engagement levels at over 80% from total FTE (as per relevant surveys). I have done this by developing a result driven, human centered management style that has been proven to work in over 17 different factories on 2 different continents (Europe and Africa).

• Plant Manager, 500 employees, 300SKU, 7 production lines, implementing cost savings projects: 300K per year, increasing the OEE with 25 %, zero loss time accidents, turned the plant into a benchmarking within the IS group
• Manage CAPEX and Opex > 15 million Euro budgets

Head of Quality and Sustainability at Coca-Cola Nigeria Bottling CO (2016-06 – 2019-06)

• Coordinate the Nigeria team in quality systems, product inovation, health and safety work fields for 11 plants
