Teaching, sales, HR specialist and IT Recruiter, from entry level to senior level. These are the highlights of my career and I worked hard for each of them, but if at first they were just titles, positions and projects, later I realized it is all about people. People I worked with, people I interacted with and I guess this is all that it is about.

No matter the job, it all boils down to the human factor and some time ago, I decided that I need to know what that means. Behind numbers, situations and various analysis forms, behind budgets and targeting there are always emotions, drives, opinions and experiences (good and bad), there are always people. Now, if you would ask me what I know best, I would say: I know people, I know how to make them react and how to read their feedback as I engage them further through text, visuals and speech.

The rest of it is exactly as you would expect: teaching, sales, HR specialist and IT Recruiter, good days and bad days at the office, but always getting the job done, always walking the extra mile to keep a customer/candidate happy.

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for different positions such as: Java developers, Fullstack developers, C#/ C++ developers, Business Analysts, Technical Support Engineers, DevOps;

• Actively sourcing and identifying candidates via headhunting, networking, and proactive search (using LinkedIn, BestJobs, eJobs, Taleo);
• Evaluating the candidates from the motivational and behavioral point of view, offering feedback and maintaining a close relationship with them;
• Constant collaborating with hiring managers and HRBPs across the business lines, to understand the recruitment needs and maintain the relation with them through the entire process;
• Creating a Kickoff Meeting template for the calibration of all the positions, useful to better understand the roles and find good matches;
• Participating in a program of review the recruitment flow and processes. Having calibration meetings with the hiring managers, trying and testing new recruitment platforms.

IT Recruitment Specialist at Webhelp (2020-07 – 2022-03)

Webhelp Romania is a multinational company specialized in outsourcing services for the telecommunications and IT industry. My mission as an IT Recruiter is:

• to deliver exceptional candidate care and to ensure that they are effectively pre-screened before including them into the recruitment process,
• to maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the data base,
• to proactively pipeline talent and create prequalified candidate talent pools,
• to oversee the entire recruitment process from the first call to the signing of the employment contract,
• to promote the Webhelp brand online and offline.
• The positions that I recruited candidates for are: System Administrator with Linux, Big Data Engineer and Java/Python Developer Tech Support.
• Webhelp projects I was involved in as a recruiter: Google Workspace Project, Google App Engine and Google Cloud Platform

HR Recruiter at Opyum (2019-09 – 2020-06)

Opyum Advertising is a company that offers publicity, marketing and branding services. As an HR Recruiter I was required to sign up candidates for various short term projects that required talent for: photo and video editing, copy writing, SEO writing and sales.

• Create the job announcements, choose the right channels for the distribution (job sites, social media platforms, online publications etc.), receive the applications and select the candidates that had the required skills and aptitudes for the job.
• The next steps were the first call and preliminary interview, followed by a final interview and sometimes by a skill, technical or professional test conducted together with the project manager.
• The final stage of the process was the contract signing, filling the necessary legal forms and the induction of the candidate to the workplace.

Recruitment Specialist at LGD Recruitment (2018-05 – 2019-02)

LGD Recruitment is a company that is offering comprehensive staffing services for automotive producers, FMCG companies, warehouses and electronics manufacturers in the West Midlands area. Activity:

• After identifying with the coordinating recruiter the profiles for the target candidates, my job was to create the job announcements, choose the right channels for the distribution (job sites, social media platforms, online publications etc.), to receive the applications and to select the candidates that were right for the job.
• The next steps were the phone and preliminary interviews, followed by a final interview and sometimes a skill or professional test conducted together with the representative of the hiring company.
• The final stage of the process was the contract signing and the induction of the candidate to the workplace, filling the necessary legal forms and introducing him/her in the active database.
• The candidates profiles ranged from blue collar workers to engineers in various domains.
• Clients: local and regional companies from the West Midlands region, UK

Referent resurse umane at Fundația Andreiana Juventus Galati (2015-06 – 2018-01)

Andreiana Juventus Foundation is a NGO who has more than 200 employees and it is responsible for major cultural events and festivals all over Romania. My position there was HR Specialist and my job consisted in assisting with the recruitment activities as agreed with the management, making sure the employment procedures and conditions were met and keeping a complete HR file for every employee. Another significant part of my job was to provide support to the Payroll department in order to keep a clear situation of the pay slips
