I am an SAP Functional Consultant since 2011, with experience in Sales and Distribution Module and Logistics. I also have experience in Global Trade Services. I have been involved in full implementation projects, S/4 HANA transformation, roll out projects and support projects.

I can describe myself as a functional consultant with technical abilities e.g. debugging programs and writing very detailed technical specifications for developers. I am certified in S/4HANA Sales Upskilling and Procurement modules (SD and MM). During the projects I have gained experience also in Logistic Execution module ( e.g.

Transportation – routes definition, determination, new transport and loading groups) and in Materials Management Module, area in which I have worked mostly with processing documents, from Purchase Requisition till the Invoice Receipt and customizing. I had Technical Team Leader and SD Responsible roles, department owner and coordinator on Sales and Distribution implementation and support projects. I have coordinated the project implementations, selecting the needed human resources, staying in close communication with the entire team (functional consultants, developers).

These roles helped me to develop Project Manager skills (knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.). I have extensive knowledge in Sales and Distribution Module integration with Logistics, Material Management, Production Planning and FI Modules.

• Project 1 Full Implementation (Chemical Industry): As part of GTS team, directly involved in the customization and implementation of the Risk management sub-module of GTS (Trade Preference). Attended workshop sessions together with the customer, design documentation and manage system customization. Managed the integration of SD, MM and PP with GTS. Customized and worked with Identity Based Preference Processing Plugin (IBPP). Handled the WRICEF requests, created Functional Specifications and worked together with developers to implement the requirements. Go-Live was successful and the support Post Go Live went great.
• Project 2 Rollout (Fashion Industry, Luxury Company): Implemented Customs Management GTS module integrated with SD, MM modules for New Zealand. Coordinated the project, being single point of contact. Go-Live was successful.
• Project 3 System Upgrade (Fashion Industry, Luxury Company): Tested all the important processes from Global Trade Services, all modules. Checked running jobs, integration points (RFCs, integration with Outlook, integration with brokers), detected the issues, raised incidents and solved the bugs. Go-Live was successful.
• Project 4 Support (Fashion Industry, Luxury Company): Solved Incidents opened by users in Solution Manager tool
• Conducted Knowledge Transfer sessions to colleagues. Created and presented the GTS solution to entire Deloitte Romania SAP organization

External Consultant implementing roll out projects. Technical Lead coordinating projects and communication between consultants involved in implementations (SD, MM, BW, CO-PA, Developers). Providing functional support and application administration for Linde Gas company users.

• Order to Cash process for different countries, e.g.: Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic. Process started from Web Portal and integrated with SAP. Sales orders posted in SAP and entire process continued in SAP or other applications. Main areas: Pricing (customizing new pricing conditions), Logistic and Execution, user exits activation, smart forms changes, generate new sales reports from SD Customizing; Testing entire process from Sales Order to Invoice Document
• Third Party Delivery flow for different countries, e.g.: France, BLX, Spain, Portugal. Process started from Web Portal and integrated with SAP. Sales order created in SAP, together with Purchase Requisition from MM Module. Customizing topics: Pricing (new pricing conditions), Logistics and Execution (new route and route determination, new transportation and loading groups). Testing entire process from Sales Order creation till the Invoice document (including Material Management part Purchase Requisition -> Purchase Order -> Post Goods Receipt> Create Invoice Receipt)
